A 10-year veteran of Henderson Engineers, Elyse serves as practice manager for the civic practice within the community sector. Based out of Henderson’s Phoenix office, Elyse started her career in mechanical design. Over time she has grown her relationship building and strategic thinking skills to advance to a team leadership role. Elyse oversees a team that is responsible for providing high performance building systems designs that are fundamentally coordinated and client oriented for all types of civic projects.
As a dedicated mentor, Elyse is passionate about helping her team members and coworkers grow in their careers and watching them achieve their goals. She is also actively involved in giving back to the community through Henderson’s various volunteer efforts and as a founding member of Henderson’s gender equality-focused employee affinity group, Empower. Outside of work Elyse is an avid hiker, reader and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors.
