Kevin joined the Henderson family back in 2004 and has since grown through the ranks in a variety of roles, realizing his love for the business operations side of engineering along the way. He was first drawn to Henderson because of the ever-present entrepreneurial spirit and countless opportunities available to employees. He stayed, however, because of the people. Throughout his journey to become Henderson’s fourth President and CEO, Kevin has developed a keen understanding of what it means to be a leader, how to get creative in problem solving with a focus on innovative solutions, and the importance of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
