G4 Headquarters Studios & Offices - Comcast Spectacor

As part of this imaginative design-build collaborative team, Henderson Engineers delivered the building systems design for the G4 digital and television network office and studio broadcast space. The new G4 headquarters is a modern day revolution of a historic studio building that previously housed the TMZ and Inside Edition studios. Blending a multitude of different key spaces and purposes into one cohesive, highly creative space makes for an interesting project.

The new versatile spaces offer state-of-the-art building systems, that will flex and adapt as the spaces evolve to the particular groups needs. The first-of-its-kind facility consists of 50,000 square feet of workplace environments, 15,000 square feet of broadcast production facilities and 5,000 square feet of esports training and gaming spaces. One of the unique challenges during the course of this project was due to the pandemic, the entire design team and designs were done virtually.
