This can lead to better energy goals, reduced heating & cooling loads, and the best HVAC system selections.
This process continues through the design life-cycle of the project helping design teams understand the performance of their building in both real world and relative to baseline energy modeling performance. There are many factors that impact an energy model, and thus having an integrated design team leads to better outcomes & superior performance.
